The entrance to this huge dungeon is a cavern.
Created during the Blood Mist (5-280 years ago), a sorcerer built it out of fear.
It originally served as a prison but it was invaded by demons.
The dungeon is currently inhabited by a manticore (p. 110).
The cave has 74 rooms and some have pulsating sounds in them.
